Creating Regenerative Impact:
I didn't plan on running an alternative coffee business. My dream was to be a soil scientist; restoring the worlds damaged soil ecosystems.
Fate kept me away from completing my Masters degree. Like many, the pandemic forced me to pivot. I had already questioned how much impact one soil scientist could have. After all, it is funding that is holding back regenerative agricultural movements.
In order to restore depleted agricultural soils, markets have to be created. Demand for regenerative agriculture had to be created; diverted away from resource intensive crops like coffee.
As long as people loved the taste and benefits of a product, I knew they would support me. Then, I can use their support and direct it to make regenerative impact in the world.
